Bentonite Clay - Granular

Bentonite clay is composed of aged volcanic ash and is excellent for both internal & external detoxification, due to its ability to absorb and remove toxins, heavy metals, & chemicals. in addition, it has a high concentration of mineral and helps alkalize the body

• Internally: 1 tsp in a cup of water per day
• Skin: Mix Bentonite Clay with water to form a paste that is then applied to the skin. Leave on for 15-20 min, then rinse off teh water
• Great as a face masks, as well as for blemishes, insect bites, cuts, itchy skin, eczema, psoriasis and burns.
