Bentonite clay is composed of aged volcanic ash and is excellent for both internal & external detoxification, due to its ability to absorb and remove toxins, heavy metals, & chemicals. in addition, it has a high concentration of mineral and helps alkalize the body
Ingredients: 100% Pure Bentonite Clay (granular). No Additives.
Suggestions:
- Internally: 1 tsp in a cup of water per day
- Skin: Mix Bentonite Clay with water to form a paste that is then applied to the skin. Leave on for 15-20 min, then rinse off teh water
- Great as a face masks, as well as for blemishes, insect bites, cuts, itchy skin, eczema, psoriasis and burns.
Bath: add 1/4 cup of Bentonite Clay for a relaxing detox bath that softens skin
